DNA, Hypercommunication and the Archontic Agenda

The archon seek to alter will, intent, language, syntax, etc:

I think this paper is a goldmine - a possible answer to how the archon do what they do, and why they do what they do. The production of stress and fear created by the archon may not be for the purpose of creating negative energy they can feed on; it may be that they are attempting to subevert our DNA in order to distort/retard/alter/invert our collective consciousness:
